Our advocacy is to establish a platform for people to voice out the issues they seem to be affecting the services and the reason why Filipino Medical workers visions to work abroad rather than working locally. The medical system in Philippines has the capability to provide medical maintenance and support services that will be needed by Filipinos. However, these supports and necessities are enough? Do you think that there are still time and chance for the medical system in Philippines improvement? Most of Southeast Asia’s healthcare spending comes from the public sector, and many of the region’s governments are under fiscal constraints that make it difficult to meet the growing needs of their citizens. In the Philippines, the reports notes, the level of per-person healthcare spending is one of the lowest among Southeast Asia’s major economies. Our group aims to implement an advocacy to improve and develop the medical system in the Philippines.
