Republic Act 2382
Philippine Medical Act which regulates the practice of medicines in the Philippines
This Act provides for and shall govern the standardization and regulation of medical education, the examination for registration of physicians and also the supervision, control and regulation of the practice of medicine in the Philippines.

There are many rules/law in the Philippines that regulates the actions of the Filipinos and may enforce by the imposition of penalties. It also recognizes the needs of the people. We have different laws here in the Philippines in different situation or condition. And if we talk about medical laws here in the Philippines, it is for the medical workers and also for the patient or need the assistance of the medical workers. But some of our medical laws are not enough for Filipinos like the salary for our workers that are one of the causes of working abroad.
